Palm Beach Bakery Delivers Artisan Breads To The Breakers, Cafe Boulud, Ta-Boo

The most appetizing bread baskets in Palm Beach are filled with a variety of artisan loaves, cracker breads and cinnamon raisin or Parmesan crisps baked daily by Old School Bakery in Delray Beach.

Open 365 days a year, the business is run like many of the neighborhood family-owned bakeries throughout Europe. Every product is freshly mixed, shaped and baked by hand from the finest ingredients. Artisan specialties include baguettes, ficelle, brioche, muesli sticks, challah, ciabatta and focaccia. Burger and dinner rolls come in varieties including challah and/or brioche (plain, sesame, poppy or onion), kaiser (plain, sesame, flour top, olive or wheat), whole wheat (either plain or oat top) and white or wheat hot dog buns in either 6- or 8-inch lengths.

Custom display breads are baked to order and include ceremonial challah in 4-, 8- and 12-pound loaves and hoagie rolls that come in sizes from 2- to 6-feet long.
