Owner Of Minnesota's Solomon's Bakery Buys Two Chez Arnaud Locations

Solomon's Bakery is doubling in size.
Solomon's Owner Veronica Anczarski bought two of the three Chez Arnaud locations in the Twin Cities, one on Grand Avenue in St. Paul and another in New Brighton. The sale did not include the original Chez Arnaud, a storefront in Maple Grove.
Anczarski would not disclose the terms of the deal.
This is the second time in 12 months that Chez Arnaud has changed hands. In February, Andrew and Michelle Hybben bought the bakery chain from Founder Arnaud de Rambures. That couple closed a location in White Bear Lake and opened a new one in New Brighton, with the intention of possibly opening another store in the south metro area.
