Next up for Union Market: a new bakery. Panorama Baking Company opens at the NoMa food hall today.
The bakery will sell fresh pastries, cakes, breads and other items. The company is from pastry chef Damien Le Tyrant and owner Loic Feillet. It's the first retail location for the Alexandria-based company, which has been supplying breads wholesale to D.C.'s hotels and restaurants, such as Central and the Four Seasons. They also sell bread at the Bloomingdale and 14th Street farmers markets.
