FLORENCE, Ky. (WKRC) — A new $20 million commercial bakery is set to open in Boone County, marking a significant step in Wawa’s Midwest expansion.
The facility, located off Dixon Drive in Florence, will supply fresh baked goods to Wawa convenience stores, which are also set to debut in the region.
Art DiLullo, CEO of Bakery Express-Midwest, has been preparing the facility for over a year.
