Marlo's Bakeshop Debuts Updated Packaging Design & POS For Its Soft-Baked Biscotti

San Francisco-based Marlo’s Bakeshop is debuting its updated packaging formats and new POS display at The Winter Fancy Food Show from January 11-13, 2015, in the Savor California Booth #504. The company’s signature product line will also be showcased at the What’s New, What’s Hot exhibit at the show.

During the past twelve months Marlo’s Bakeshop gathered feedback from retailers and consumers and improved its 4PK box as well as its single-serving cookies to be sleeker & to appeal to a wider customer base.  The single-serving cookies ship with a complimentary POS display that enhances the brand’s elegant and classic look while highlighting the fact that it’s “The Best Biscotti on the Market!” as the founder/CEO, Marlo Gertz, is told by loyal customers time and time again.

This contemporary take on a classic favorite is beloved by avid biscotti fans for its delicate crunch and dunk-ability but is also adored by people who typically shy away from traditional biscotti’s very hard, brittle texture. The Original flavor of Marlo’s soft-baked biscotti is based on a secret family recipe passed down from her Russian grandmother.  It is an enchanting mix of dark chocolate-covered raisins, toasted California walnuts & semi-sweet chocolate chips dusted with cinnamon and sugar.  Gertz then created two additional flavors of the cookie to round out the signature line: the Midnight, a rich blend of cocoa, espresso and semi-sweet chocolate and the Gluten & Dairy-Free Banana Bread flavor; the newest in the line that’s an irresistible combination of real banana, pure maple and toasted California walnuts.  All three flavors are made exclusively from superior quality, non-GMO ingredients without any added preservatives, artificial flavors or trans-fat.
