Limited-Edition Pumpkin Pie Biscotti Now Available

This is not your grandma’s biscotti.

Marlo’s Bakeshop’s debut line of soft-baked biscotti is a fresh, contemporary spin on the classic, Italian favorite.  With a more tender crunch that results from being baked with expeller-pressed, Non-GMO canola oil, the woman-owned & operated company is introducing Millennials to a wholesome, premium version of the cookie they grew up with the ‘grown-ups’ enjoying.

“This is not the biscotti you have to submerge in coffee for 10 seconds in order to be able to eat it,” explains CEO/Founder Marlo Giudice. “Our biscotti offers the experience of eating a soft-crunch cookie but in a dunk-able format that you can certainly still enjoy dipping into your favorite beverage…but it’s not inedible if you don’t,” she jokes, referring to the often tooth-breaking texture of traditional biscotti.

The seasonal Chocolate Pumpkin Pie flavor is no exception; the pleasantly crunchy cookie is a delightful mix of real, pureed pumpkin & Guittard chocolate chips combined with a custom pie spice blend that is incorporated into both the cookie batter and dusted on top. It is also dairy- & nut-free and Non-GMO Project verified.

“We launched this limited-edition flavor in 2015 and were so thrilled by the public’s response that we decided to bring it back a month earlier this year,” Giudice explains. “We were told it flew off our customers’ shelves!”
