In 'Not-Too-Distant Future,' And With The Right Location, Colectivo Heading To Chicago

After several years dropping hints, it appears a Chicago expansion is within sight for Colectivo Coffee, the Milwaukee café, wholesale roaster and bakery distribution company that's only recently spread to Madison.
Colectivo Coffee's Madison café expansion has been going great, co-founder Lincoln Fowler said. The company is "super pleased."
And yet, "We’re thrilled with how that’s gone, but there’s also a very large market to our south," Fowler told me.
