A new bakery is scheduled to open May 30 in Pittsburgh.
Owners Tom Katsafanas and Erin Koebler said the new Great Harvest Bread Co will launch in a 2,500-square foot-store located at 6401 Penn Ave. in the city’s East Liberty neighborhood.
Originally founded in 1976 in Great Falls, Mont., Great Harvest has more than 200 bakeries located throughout the nation including Alaska and Hawaii. All bakeries are individually owned and operated, and no two are alike.
