Tricia King is the owner of Gluten Free Bakery Girl, a full service café and wholesale manufacturer of gluten free tarts, cookies, muffins, breads and other baked goods at the Easton Market Square in Easton.
King was a professional chef long before she became an advocate for customers suffering from serious food allergies. In fact, she has relied heavily on the flavors she loves from fine dining to transform traditional recipes into goodies safe for her customers.
I recently spoke with King, whose wholesale products are becoming increasingly familiar to Anne Arundel and Talbot County shoppers who may see them at Tastings Gourmet Market, Bean Rush Café, Leeward Market, City Dock Coffee and other locations.
