Festival Old World Bakeries Debuts Authentic "Danish" Danish At IDDBA

SAN DIEGO, CA – Festival Old World Bakeries has imported the official “Danish” Danish Pastry from Denmark. Each Danish Pastry is made with the finest ingredients available, including fruit fillings made in-house with fresh local fruit. Each pastry has 24 flakey layers and embodies the authenticity of the original pastry that the Danish Vikings created centuries ago. This authentic pastry has been perfected with state of the art production technology and is both HACCP certified and BRC (British Retail Control) approved.

All Festival Old World Bakeries’ Danish Pastries are pre-proofed, freezer-to-oven ready and only take 18 minutes to bake. These Danishes have a one-year shelf life and are twice-laminated, as well. Fine-tuned and a cut above the rest, Festival Old World Bakeries’ products are authentic to the core and traditional in taste.
