CSM Bakery Supplies plans to close its Oak Creek plant by the end of the year, leaving 100 workers without jobs.
Tucker, Ga.-based CSM plans to permanently close the facility 7350 S. 10th St. by Dec. 31, according to a plant closing notice filed Monday with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development.
CSM manufactures a wide range of bakery products and ingredients for in-store and foodservice markets as well as artisan and industrial bakeries. The company is a division of Amsterdam-based CSM, which claims to be the largest supplier of bakery products in the world.
