Twenty-six vendors sharing samples and information about their gluten-free
products were warmly received by more than 850 guests on Saturday at the Gluten
Free Vendor Fair.
The event, sponsored by East Tennessee Children’s Hospital and Knoxville Area
Celiac Support Group, was organized to showcase local and Internet businesses
that offer gluten-free foods.
It was the second fair held locally. The first was in 2009.
