Diana's Bakery purchased a 97,700-square-foot industrial building in Agawam, MA, from Berkadia Commercial Mortgage for $1.25 million or $13 per square foot.
Diana's Bakery is a wholesale business and distributes to such places as Starbucks and Stop & Shop as well as others.
The previously foreclosed industrial property was built in 1970 and had renovations completed in 1999. It is not yet known if the property will be used as a distribution center.
