Colorado Salvation Army Looking For Christmas Pie Donations

The Salvation Army is looking for a few good pies—about 800 of them.

They are asking for families around El Paso County to donate pies: either the homemade variety or store-bought. The pies are needed for their Community Holiday Dinner, held in eight locations around the county on Christmas Day.

Pies can be brought to 908 Yuma Street in Colorado Springs beginning Tuesday, until Christmas Eve. The location will be open from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Those donating a large amount of pies, or for more information, call 636-5266.
