Cake Boss Plans To Expand To Ridgewood & Beyond

HOBOKEN – The only thing larger than Buddy Valastro's "Cake Boss" TV personality is his plans to expand the Carlo's City Hall Bake Shop – with the help of a major communications company.
Starting with a grand opening of a new facility in Ridgewood on Saturday, Carlo's plans to roll out a total of five shops in the tri-state area within the next 18 months, said Leo Minervini, chief information officer at Carlo’s City Hall Baker Shop.
“This work is in Buddy Valastro's DNA. This is what he lives for – to make cakes,” Minervini said. “Even pre-Cake Boss the family business was known for quality. The show provided platform for exceptional growth all over the country and all over the world.”
