"Breadville USA: Exploring Local Baking in America," The Guild's 2011 theme, will continue to promote the exchange of baking knowledge as well as showcase the homegrown excellence that defines American bread baking today.

Our hands-on classes, demonstrations, and tours will focus on presenting regional American baked goods from an artisan perspective. Multi-generational bakers, state fair Americana, whole grains, and the relationships between farmer, miller and baker are only a few of the subjects that will be addressed in our 2011 calendar.

Watch this space for class openings and a complete 2011 calendar.
