Submission Guidelines
- All papers must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time, Monday, May 23, 2016. At 12:01 pm on May 23, 2016, the paper submission form will be closed.
- Papers must be submitted online through the paper submission site. No fax copies, disks or email submissions will be accepted.
- Each presenter may submit multiple papers.
