Amy's Baking Co. Owners Looking To Sell Restaurant, Start Wholesale Dessert Business

Amy and Samy Bouzaglo are looking to sell their Scottsdale restaurant, Amy’s Baking Co., and get out of the spotlight they’ve been in since their infamous 2013 appearance on celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s “Kitchen Nightmares” show on Fox.

“That isn’t who we are,” Amy said of their appearance on the reality television show and tumultuous aftermath on social media. “It was just a show.”

The Bouzaglos said they have a buyer lined up for the restaurant they opened in 2006. Samy said the prospective buyers are from France. A deal could be finalized next month as long as the new owners get visa and immigration approvals, the couple said.
