one-of-a-kind, custom-designed Boeing 717, dubbed Little Debbie 1. Flight 931,
the inaugural flight, will depart from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International
Airport at 12:24 p.m. to Jacksonville, Fla., today.

receive a $5,000 scholarship and other prizes.
