Kroger Announces Kingwood, TX Marketplace Opening Date & Plans For New Stores

A new Kroger Marketplace in Kingwood will open this Saturday, Oct. 26.
The 124,000-square-foot store is at 25651 Highway 59 North.
It will be the fourth Marketplace store in the Houston area. Along with having all the items of a traditional Kroger supermarket and pharmacy, Marketplace stores offer furniture, home and kitchen items, children’s essentials, jewelry and an 18-pump fuel center.
Kroger also announced plans for three more stores in the Houston area, scheduled to open in 2014.
