BROCKTON, Mass. — South Shore Meats has announced a partnership with U.S. Foods to distribute South Shore Meats specialty products in Maryland and Pennsylvania.

U.S. Foods, one of the country's leading foodservice distributors, has signed on to make South Shore's Bourbon Street Sirloin Steak Tips and Bourbon Street Turkey Tenderloin Tips available to restaurants and other dining outlets throughout Pennsylvania.

The distributor is also taking on South Shore Meats' Dragon Steak line for Pennsylvania distribution.

"We have three different versions of the steak line," said Carlo Crocetti of South Shore Meats. "The 8oz Black Dragon Sirloin is our teriyaki, we have an 8oz bourbon, and our 8oz Red Dragon Sirloin is a Brown Sugar Habanero flavor. It's got heat."

U.S. Foods Baltimore will be distributing South Shore Meat's Bourbon Combo Pack which features 6/10oz Bourbon Culotte Steaks and a 6oz Bourbon Chicken Breast
