RedLine Solutions Webinar To Guide Companies 'Moving From Internal Traceability To PTI Compliance'
July 10, 2013 | 2 min to read
Santa Clara, CA – RedLine Solutions, leading provider of inventory and traceability solutions, will host an educational webinar focused on how to achieve PTI compliance ahead of the November 1st labeling requirement from Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club.
The July 17 webinar, “Moving from Internal Traceability to PTI Compliance,” will be hosted by Gary Fleming, VP of Strategic Services at RedLine Solutions. Fleming, who was the primary architect of the PTI while at the PMA, has deep experience with the requirements, standards, and implementation of the PTI across the supply chain.
“A lot of people assume that because they can trace product within their own four walls, they are PTI compliant,” says Fleming. “That simply isn’t the case. Businesses must make sure they understand the requirements before they claim compliance.”
Topics of discussion will include the differences between internal and whole-chain traceability, what it means to be PTI compliant, and how to avoid being labeled as “out of spec” come November 1st. The webinar will close with a Q&A session for attendees to have their questions answered by the experts. Those interested in attending can register on the RedLine website.
