Rock Garden South, a leading grower, packer, marketer and distributor of fresh herbs and specialty produce, proudly announces its recent SQF (Safe Quality Food) 2000 Level 2 Certification, Accredited HACCP Based Food Safety Plans. The SQF program is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and retailers and food service providers worldwide. Food Sector Categories included under the Level 2 Certification are:

• FSC # 4 Fresh Produce Pack House Operations

• FSC # 14 Fruit and Vegetable Processing

• FSC # 25 Fresh Produce Wholesaling and Distribution

The SQF 2000 Certification is one of the many certifications that SCS Certified has provided for Rock Garden South since 2006.
