Berlin – The fifth edition of FRESHCONEX attracted some 11,000 trade visitors from all 5 continents. From 8 to 10 February 2012, visitors gained a concentrated market overview of products and services offered by around 80 exhibitors from 15 countries. Europe's only trade fair for the fresh produce convenience segment was characterized by the international scope of trade visitors and the presence of top-level decision-makers attending the event. The FRESHCONEX Business Forum, an integral part of the three-day trade fair, presented information on the latest trends in fresh convenience products. The Business Forum was organized by Fresh Convenience Magazine (GB) and the United Fresh Produce Association (USA). FRESHCONEX 2012 was presented at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds in conjunction with FRUIT LOGISTICA 2012, the leading trade fair for the international fresh produce industry.
