MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. – If you are interested in learning more about banqueting systems, sign up now for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of the Javits Center banqueting system during the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York taking place March 4-6, 2018 in New York City.
The tours are being hosted by foodservice equipment manufacturer, Alto-Shaam and feature a recently installed banqueting system designed to increase the number of meals the busiest convention center in American can serve daily. Equipment on display in the kitchen and at the show will include combi ovens, Vector™ Multi-Cook ovens, QuickChillers, a carving station, hot wells, smokers, low temperature Cook & Hold ovens, and holding cabinets.
