H-E-B’s Joe V’s Smart Shop To Open Fifth Houston-Area Location In Baytown

Joe V's Smart Shop is continuing its rapid penetration into the Houston discount retail market by rolling out a fifth location in the area in Baytown.
The grocery store located at 3500 Garth Road will open in January, the company said in a statement.
The news comes just as Joe V's opened its fourth location in the Houston market Dec. 2 in the Acres Homes area at 612 N. Victory at Shepherd.
