Franke Foodservice Systems, the Smyrna-based American food service equipment and supplies provider arm of the Swiss-based Franke Group, has announced the acquisition of Michigan-based restaurant and retail project management firm Facility Solutions, Inc.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed in a release.
FSI’s staff of 35 will remain in their current offices in the Detroit area. The company’s accounts include Yum! Brands, Panera Bread, Wendy’s and Starbucks. FSI handles national rollouts of new menus and features, in addition to other services for large restaurant chains.
