Royal FloraHolland wants to improve the margins for its growers and their buyers. We can accomplish that by increasing our revenue and lowering our costs.
To realise this possibility, we need to re-organise our company. Today Royal FloraHolland informed all of its employees what precisely that will mean for them.
Careful process
A careful process preceded this decision, during which we discussed it with the unions and the works council. Last week the works council sent us their recommendations concerning the reorganisation, containing reservations and suggestions for improvement. The MT of Royal FloraHolland incorporated these points in its decision.
