Katy Sue Designs Announces Launch Of The Creative Cake System

Award winning creative company Katy Sue Designs will be launching the new Creative Cake System molds at IBIE. Now you can achieve the look of a professionally Royal Iced cake with fondant.

The ground breaking Creative Cake System has been co-created with leading international cake artist Ceri Griffiths and sees the new product range launch with eight high quality food grade silicone molds, that for the first time allow cake decorators to use sugar paste or fondant to achieve a professional Royal Iced look to their cakes.

The announcement comes after five months of intensive product development ensuring that cake decorators at all skill levels could achieve the perfect look of Royal Icing using these innovative molds.

Katy Sue Designs will showcase its revolutionary Creative Cake System at IBIE 2016. As an exhibitor at this year’s Baking Expo™, an event bringing together more than 20,000 baking professionals from 100 different countries and every segment of the business, Katy Sue Designs will be able to connect with the industry and share leading-edge trends, discoveries and knowledge for the year ahead in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Creative Cake System co-creator Ceri Griffiths, has been teaching his system of English over piping internationally for over 35 years and has taken the expert knowledge in how Royal Icing is built up, to produce easy to use molds that create the essential building blocks of piping. Ceri will be at the Katy Sue Designs booth 11056 on Saturday the 8th of October and said “I am excited to be part of IBIE as I am passionate about Royal Icing and although I will always continue to pass on the classic skills of piping to students, there is a world of creativity out there and there are things I can do with these molds that I can’t with my piping bag and equally I have had a lot of fun mixing up the molds with a little over piping too”
