Olot, Spain & Gloversville, NY – Espuña, producers of authentic Spanish tapas and cured meats, today marks its entry into the U.S. market with the introduction of two lines of charcuterie – Espuña Tapas Essentials and Espuña Tapas Essentials All Natural – during the Specialty Food Association’s Summer Fancy Food Show. Within the two collections, consumers can enjoy 15 varieties of ready-to-serve options which will be available for purchase starting June 2016 and offered for tasting at the show, Booth #680.

Founded by Esteve Espuña in 1947 in Olot, Spain, Espuña started out as a manufacturer of cured sausages. Since then, the company has expanded its product range and is now producing over 300 products from state-of-the-art facilities for customers all over the world. Espuña combines innovation and best practices to ensure that their old world, Spanish cured meats maintain artisan craftsmanship for a truly authentic Spanish experience.
The product lines include Serrano Ham imported from Espuña’s USDA approved facility in Utrillas, Spain, as well as dry-cured sausages produced in the Gloversville, NY facility.
