Bowie And Suitland Just The Tip Of The Iceberg For Grocer Lidl In Prince George's County

The company met a few months back with county economic development officials and presented plans to open about 10 new stores at select locations across Prince George's, said David Iannucci, the county's assistant deputy chief administrative officer for economic development and public infrastructure.

"They have aggressive and ambitious expansion plans for the county," Iannucci said. "They actually have done a very good job of going all around the county and they're clearly in communities in Prince George's County that are underserved."
