CARLINVILLE, Ill. – Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc., a nationally recognized leader in the dairy industry, has won the 2015 IDFA Innovations Award for PEEPS® Milk in the ingredient/flavoring/seasoning category. The International Dairy Foods Association announced the winners at the International Dairy Show in Chicago on September 18. The company competed with 21 finalists in five categories.
The IDFA Innovations Awards recognize companies that are responsible for crucial developments in technology and innovative products and services that keep the dairy industry on the cutting-edge. Posters featuring the submissions were on display in the exhibit hall at the International Dairy Show. Award winners will be featured in an upcoming edition of Dairy Foods Magazine, which co-sponsors the award with IDFA.
