The World Flower Exchange programme is currently conducting research in America and China into the possibilities for Dutch horticultural products. “Neither our growers and customers nor we ourselves really have a presence there, so those markets are ripe with opportunities,” says Lucas Vos.
In the second vlog from Lucas Vos, he also talks about the Customer Platform. "We are now well aware of what customers want to discuss, such as promotion and the clock." The Customer Platform met for the first time in May 2015.
