Roseburg, OR – Umpqua Dairy Products, Co. swept the competition at the 104th Annual Oregon Dairy Industries (ODI) Conference held in Salem on April 14th & 15th, 2015.
Umpqua Dairy won Sweepstakes Awards in all three of the product judging categories, making it a clean sweep of the trophies. Umpqua Dairy received the 2015 ODI, Fluid Milk Sweepstakes, the 2015 ODI, Cultured Sweepstakes and the 2015 ODI, Ice Cream Sweepstakes Awards. This is the first time in company history that Umpqua Dairy has taken home the Sweepstakes Award in all three product judging divisions.

Jeremy Stoffal, Umpqua Dairy Milk Production Supervisor, Wes Roberts, Umpqua Dairy Ice Cream Production Supervisor, and Tony Gibson, Cultured Products Production Supervisor, were on hand to accept the awards from the 2015 Oregon Dairy Princess Ambassador, Emma Miller.
Dairy products are judged by an independent judging team from Oregon State University and the Dairy industry. The products are evaluated on flavor, appearance, body and texture. Sweepstakes awards are given to the single company that scores the highest overall in judging of the various product categories.
