American Cheese Society Honors ACS Certified Cheese Professionals

The American Cheese Society (ACS ) is recognizing ACS Certified Cheese Professionals, the industry’s newest ACS CCPs® and ACS CCSEs® leaders.

This year, hundreds of candidates put months of intense studying and preparation into the ACS Certified Cheese Professional® and ACS Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluator® exams. It takes an incredible amount of hard work, and we now welcome the newest 139 certified individuals.

Earning an ACS CCP® or ACS CCSE® takes serious commitment to the craft, and we are so proud to welcome them all into the certified community.
