Diving Into Your Potential: A Look Back at the 2026 Boss Lady Women’s Leadership Conference

The Details Flowers Software team attended the recent 2026 Boss Lady Women’s Leadership Conference, a three-day event that brought together professional women from across Florida’s Volusia and Flagler Counties and beyond for education, networking, and personal and professional growth.
Held September 17–19 at the Daytona Grande Oceanfront Resort, this year’s conference focused on helping women step into their full potential. For Details, the experience was especially meaningful because we were able to contribute flowers for the event while also experiencing the conference alongside the women who attended.
It gave our team a chance to step outside of our usual day-to-day work and take part in the kinds of leadership, business, and personal conversations many of our customers navigate every day.
