BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – Consumers continue searching for healthier, convenient snacks that deliver bold flavor and satisfying crunch. Bolthouse Fresh Foods™ is answering that demand with an exciting new collaboration with Tajín® seasonings, bringing together Bolthouse Fresh’s innovative Carrot Shakers® and Tajín’s iconic chile-lime flavor in a new better-for-you snack experience.
The new Bolthouse Fresh® Carrot Shakers package will feature Tajín Clásico Seasoning Reduced Sodium paired with fresh baby carrots in an easy grab-and-go format designed for today’s busy consumers. The interactive package allows consumers to release the seasoning directly into the bag and shake for a flavorful snack experience.
Bolthouse Fresh Foods originally launched Carrot Shakers with bold seasoning flavors like Zesty Ranch and Dill Pickle, creating a fun and engaging way for consumers to enjoy more vegetables throughout the day. The new Tajín collaboration builds on that momentum while tapping into the growing popularity of Tajín seasoning across fresh produce and healthy snacking categories.
“We are incredibly excited to partner with Bolthouse Fresh on this new Carrot Shakers collaboration featuring Tajín,” said Eric Patrick, Tajín Fresh Produce Alliances. “This is something we’ve wanted to do for years, and the timing is perfect with recent trends showing consumers are looking for healthier snack options with bold flavor. Tajín paired with fresh carrots is a natural fit. We believe this partnership creates a fun, flavorful and convenient way to encourage more fresh vegetable snacking.”
“This strategic partnership with Tajín resonates strongly with both shoppers and customers,” said Kim St George, VP of Sales & Marketing at Bolthouse Fresh Foods. “The recognition and trust behind our two brands create a winning combination. By bringing together Bolthouse Fresh Foods’ leadership in fresh carrots with Tajín’s iconic flavor, we’re delivering a differentiated offering that generates excitement in the produce department.”
The collaboration also reflects both brands’ commitment to delivering differentiated fresh snacking solutions that help customers meet growing consumer demand for bold flavor and produce-forward innovation. The new Tajín Carrot Shakers will be available in both retail and foodservice channels, including K-12 schools, helping make fresh vegetable snacking more accessible across a variety of occasions.
With vibrant packaging, an easy-to-use seasoning delivery system, delicious carrots and the unmistakable flavor of Tajín, the new Carrot Shakers package is expected to appeal to consumers seeking fresh snack alternatives that do not compromise on taste.
