Global beverage icon Minor Figures announces the launch of its breakthrough new 2 x 5L Barista Oat Bag-in-Box (BiB) solution designed specifically for high-volume cafés, hospitality operators and automated coffee environments.

This latest innovation evolves the Minor Figures story within the coffee community by continuing to provide new solutions for cafe operators. Minor Figures, 5L Bag-In-Box has been approved by UberMilk, one of the world’s leading automated milk dispensing systems, the new format is the first plant-based oat solution to receive approval from the brand.

Developed to support the realities of modern coffee service, the new 2 x 5L format helps operators save time behind the counter, reduce carton waste, and improve consistency during busy service periods.

The reformulated gluten-free Barista Oat liquid has been optimized for coffee performance and tested by UberMilk in Germany across key quality and operational measures including foam texture, dispensing consistency, and machine performance.
