The International Association of Horticultural Producers (AIPH) has launched a new, Affiliate Member category.
It has been introduced to enable any business or organisation, with an interest and involvement in ornamental horticulture, to become a member. Affiliate members can include businesses that supply the horticulture industry like manufacturers, young plant suppliers and breeders, consultants, media, individual grower/landscape businesses, landscape architects/designers, research establishments, horticultural expo participants and many more.
Affiliate members will share the rights of Full Members except that they would not have the right to vote on association decisions. Full membership is open only to organisations that represent the interests of growers and/or landscape businesses.
Benefits of becoming an AIPH Affiliate Member include:
- Access to ornamental plant growers worldwide.
- Contact with industry associations and trade bodies in 19 major producing countries and regions in the world.
- Invitations to AIPH meetings and discussions on global horticultural industry issues.
- Opportunities to promote your business/organisation as an AIPH Affiliate Member at AIPH meetings and events, and on the AIPH website.
- Opportunities for VIP tours of AIPH approved international horticultural exhibitions.
