BEMA-U: Learn To Train, Nov. 11-12

You hire only the best engineers and service techs, but are they the best trainers?   Do they understand how adults learn? Can they deliver an effective presentation?  Are they providing extra value for your customers? Learn to Train will teach your service techs how to effectively transfer their knowledge of your products to your customers.  

BEMA has partnered with professional trainer, Renee Rouwhorst, to present best practices for adult learning, building an effective training program, assessing learners, and delivering effective presentations.  Renee is also a retail baker and owner of Ryke’s Bakery, Catering and Café in Muskegon, Michigan. She sits on the Retail Bakers of America (RBA) Board of Directors as the Education Chair.  She has presented at several IBIE conventions and understands our hectic industry.
