Globe Food Equipment Co., Dayton, OH, announced Chris King has joined the team as Director of Product Management. King’s primary focus is to specify product requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by input from end-users and dealers.
King will be responsible for managing the product lines from strategic planning to tactical activities. King will work with marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, target customers, and product positioning. King reports directly to Globe’s President, Hilton Garner.
King received his M.B.A., with a concentration in marketing, from Wright State University. Prior to accepting this position, he served as Product Line Manager for the food machines group at Hobart-ITW.
“King brings experience and a proven track record in the food equipment industry which will be invaluable in meeting Globe’s planned growth”, said Garner. Through a blend of business and technical savvy, King will focus on the big-picture and will drive to make that vision a reality.
