WEST ALLIS, WI – Decorators from Wisconsin and upper Illinois participated in the Art of the Cake Competition at the Pastry Studio during the 2014 Midwest Foodservice Expo. The Art of the Cake Competition featured four opportunities for professional and beginner cake artists to showcase their talents: Extreme Wedding Cake Challenge, Creative Cake Decorating Competition, Cupcake Warrior Championship, and NEW in 2014, the Extreme Groom’s Cake Challenge.
