Enhanced Potandon Produce Website Module Focuses On The Needs Of Retailers

Idaho Falls, ID – On Friday, March 7th, Potandon Produce published a new module on its website www.potandon.com that is focused on bringing more value for trade customers and retailers.  On the home page, a new tab was added entitled Trade which opens up several key areas that are being populated with a host of current and relevant resources.

The Merchandising area focuses on best practices in displaying fresh potatoes and offers a variety of sample Plan-O-Grams which cover a wide variety of different fixture layouts in an easily downloadable document.  Also featured is a powerful video that demonstrates highly effective techniques to be utilized at store level.  Under the Field to Fork area, customers are invited to watch an educational video on the entire potato growing process and there are many high resolution pictures available that are suitable for website and print advertising.

Potandon has also included a library of all of their sales brochures which are downloadable in high color and a still-developing area where a complete Point of Sale catalogue will be housed.  These graphics are free to download for retailers to print as needed or to use as a point of reference when placing an order with Potandon.  There will be regular additions to all of these areas as new data becomes available.

Ralph Schwartz, Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Innovation had this to say, “This upgrade demonstrates Potandon’s commitment to supporting our customers in developing their fresh potato category identity.  It has always been part of our Category Management strategy to provide a wide variety of tools to help drive potato sales and by making this information easily available to retail should bring huge benefits.”
