OP is looking forward to expanding their deli line.
In addition to the traditional Mortadella, Salami Cotto, Sweetheart Ham, Bacon and Capicola, just this past year, they've launched large format salamis and a unique Swiss Country ham, Landrauchschinken.
The large format salamis include Salami Capri, Salami Etna, Rigani Loukaniko and Chorizo El Rey, which was a 2018 Good Food Award Winner. Stay tuned to see what they develop next!"
