Ray & Mascari Inc., a leading repacker of fresh tomatoes, has opened a new Lakeland, FL facility. Patrick Molloy, with over 25 years experience in the fresh produce business is the new facility Plant Manager. 

The 15,000 square foot facility has been up and running since March 1st. Ray & Mascari, Inc., based out of Indianapolis for over 75 years, is excited about the opportunities that exist in the rapidly growing Southeast. Ray & Mascari Lakeland offers a wide selection of Foodservice/ Retail packages and private labeling. The new facility  has an SQF Level II, food safety certification.
