Pure Hothouse Foods Earns Four Awards At Annual Greenhouse Competition

Pure Flavor® has done it again! For the third consecutive year, Pure Flavor® is walking away with awards in multiple categories after this weekend’s exciting annual Greenhouse Competition. For the first time in the competitions history, a blind taste tasting took place, and Pure Flavor took four prestigious awards home between the cucumber and tomato categories. Pure Flavor® Roma Tomatoes took top prize for Best Roma Tomatoes, Pure Flavor® Tomatoes on the Vine for Best Hothouse Cluster Tomato, Pure Flavor® Beefsteak Tomatoes for Best Beefsteak Tomatoes and Pure Flavor® English Seedless Cucumbers for “Kids Choice Coolest Cucumber!” “We are so excited to be accepting these awards so soon after our first pick at our brand new greenhouse here in Leamington. It shines a bright light for the future of our company,” says Jamie Moracci, President of Pure Flavor®. The company recently opened a new greenhouse near their headquarters where the first crop of beefsteak tomatoes and tomatoes on the vine were harvested just days ago.
