The Passion For Cheese Runs Deep At Redhead Creamery

One thing Alise Sjostrom of Brooten knew already as a teenager was that after she had attended college, she wanted to return to Jer-Lindy Farms, the dairy farm her parents, Jerry and Linda Jennissen have.
“At first, I didn’t know how. I didn’t necessarily want to milk cows,” she said. “Now at this stage, it’s not so bad.”
The idea and dream of Redhead Creamery began to form after Sjostrom visited Crave Brothers Dairy and Farmstead Cheese in Waterloo, Wis. as part of a 4H trip she went on.
