Others in the race include restaurant delivery startups such as Palo Alto, Calif.-based DoorDash and, closer to home, Madison's EatStreet Inc. There's also Amazon's Prime Now one-hour delivery service and the burgeoning delivery options from Uber Technologies Inc., of San Francisco, just to name a few of the biggest.
