Garden Grove, CA – House Foods, tofu specialists since 1983, has joined forces in its latest promotional campaign with Doraemon, Japan’s beloved anime character. The strategic alliance will allow House Foods to feature Doraemon, the gadget cat from the future, on packaging of its tofu product line.

House Foods’ Doraemon campaign begins January 19, 2015 and will run until March 20, 2015.   Promotional components for consumers to look out for include:

  • Outdoor advertisements in NYC, LA and SF areas from January 26 for four weeks.
  • Sweepstakes promoted through the House Foods website and Facebook page from February 1, 2015 through March 15, 2015. Consumers will be given the opportunity to enter to win the grand prize: one of five kindles. Thirty first place winners will receive a Doraemon t-shirt.
  • Doraemon mascot and Doraemon featured tofu at Chinese American Expo, Pomona CA (1/17-1/18) and Japan Week, NYC (2/18-2/20).
