Dairyman Warren Taylor wants to start a revolution. He has thoughts on politics, vegans, the entire dairy industry and more, but Taylor wants his revolution to begin with milk.

Taylor’s Snowville Creamery in Meigs County has become the first in Ohio to label its products as free of genetically modified organisms, or GMOs, and coming only from grass-fed cows.

The Ohio Department of Agriculture approved Snowville’s new labels this summer — both the agency and Taylor believe they are the first of their kind — although certified organic milk is also produced by cows that eat non-GMO feed and have access to pasture.
